Our Subsidiary

Margaret Blackwood Technical Consultants (MBTC) Limited

Blackwood Homes and Care has a subsidiary company MBTC. The subsidiary fulfilled a number of roles in our history, including it being a design consultancy company for accessible housing and a small works team delivering adaptations in our rental properties.

In 2010/2011 the decision was made by the Blackwood Board to cease trading of Margaret Blackwood Technical Consultants (MBTC) Ltd, and it remains a dormant company to the current date.

Blackwood Board annually reviews MBTC and files an exemption form to Companies House to be exempt from producing annual statutory accounts.
