Keir Hardie Street | Our Properties

Keir Hardie Street is located in south Methil, close to our scheme at Denbeath. Completed in 1993, the development consists of two bungalows designed for wheelchair users, and four flats. All properties are double glazed and have modern energy efficient heat source for heating. The flats have a shared stairway with a door entry system. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system. There is a garden area, which is maintained by Blackwood.
