COVID19 - Housing Services Update Sept 2020
While our offices remain shut, thanks to recent changes in The Scottish Government guidelines with a loosening of key elements of Lock-down, Blackwood can return to fixing non-emergency repairs. In fact a number of small changes and updates have come thanks to Scotland entering Phase 3 which means a return to some of our usual housing services albeit with facemasks and social distancing.
Angela Currie, Operations Director and part of Blackwood's Senior Management Team has created a brief video below with a summary of what is changing, what has changed and what you can expect from Blackwood moving forward.
