Blackwood Tenant Survey - Research Resource
Through the month of January Blackwood Homes and Care have been carrying out our annual tenant survey.
We are committed to hearing from as many Blackwood customers as we can. Blackwood wants to gain as much feedback as possible in order to inform our commitment to 'Getting it Right' which is a focus on improving performance.
To aid in accumulating this feedback we have brought in an external supplier 'Research Resource' to help us. Research Resource will be making phone calls to select customers who have not yet filled in the survey through January and February.
