Salary £23,237 - £25,121 per annum pro rata
1 x 15 hours per week (shift system)
This position is a temporary post and is expected to last 12 months.  We require enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual to make a difference in the lives of disabled people. In this challenging and rewarding role you will be responsible for the management and continuous development of a team of support staff. You will also contribute to the overall management and delivery of a range of consistently high quality care at home, housing support and care home services.
Proven supervisory and leadership skills are essential as is a commitment to the provision of the highest quality care and promotion of choice, citizen rights and community participation for disabled people.
Previous experience of working in the care sector is required and a qualification in Social Care, HNC or SVQ level 3 or equivalent is essential.
